Inside of today’s video I’m giving you another peek at my plate and also some spring meal ideas including WHAT I EAT IN A DAY for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As the warm weather approaches I definitely like to eat more fresh un cooked plant based foods as they provide me with more energy, are cooling and and loaded with a ton of nutritional value. However, in the evening I may have a cooked meal so I’m giving you a sneak peek of what that looks like for me.
