Moving forward here is how things will go:

The program will begin on Thursday January 29th. The basic format is fresh new content delivered to your inbox every Thursday no later than noon eastern standard time. You will also be given access to download the content of the program so that you can access it forever. It also allows you to go at your own pace and also the opportunity to go deeper and challenge yourself long after the program is over.

Week 3: The Waist Management Cleansing System: Choose Your Cleansing Level
