Zucchini Noodle Recipe

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Zucchini Noodles
3-4 fresh zucchini peeled and spiralized (SEE VIDEO FOR HOW TO DO IT)
Hemp Seed and Basil Pesto Recipe
1 1/5 cups hulled hemp seeds
1 cup of fresh basil
8-10 cloves garlic
1/2 to 3/4 cup cold pressed olive oil
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
juice from 1 lemon
First add hemp seeds and garlic into the food processor and process until it is smooth but still has a chunky consistency. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
This delicious pesto is raw and vegan and is the perfect dairy free alternative to your traditional pesto and it can be used interchangeably in many recipes. Once pesto is made spoon desired amount on top of zucchini noodles and enjoy!!!
