Kale Salad Recipe – Best Kale Salad Ever

I like to say that kale is king because it is loaded with a ton of vitamins and minerals that help rejuvenate the body. This is one of my absolutely favorite recipes and is for people who are looking to add a delicious new and healthy recipe to your repertoire. Kitchen Equipment Needed: Food Processor

King Kale Salad 3-4 servings

2 bunches of curly kale (washed de-stemmed and torn into bite size pieces)
1.5 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp – 1 hot pepper finely minced
2 tsp fresh minced garlic
2 tbsp minced red onion
1/4 cup 1 red bell pepper finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 tbsp coconut nectar

TIME SAVING TIP: Mince fresh garlic and red onions in food processor until finely chopped.

paperbackstack_550x498 (1)Add kale, olive oil and salt to a bowl. Massage greens with your hand until they are wilted and the kale resembles a cooked texture. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well using a spoon!!! Salad is best once it has marinated for a few hours or overnight in the fridge. This salad will last 3 to 4 days in the fridge.
