Brussels Sprouts Recipe
1 to 2 pounds of brussel sprouts (shaved or sliced in half)
4 tablespoons olive olive oil
1 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1 teaspoons red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Using a food processor with slicer attachment, insert brussels
sprouts into. Next warm olive oil in a large pan for
approximately 2-3 minutes. Once oil is heated add shaved
brussels sprouts to pan and sauté for approximately 5 to 7
minutes. Brussels sprouts will begin to wilt. Next add remaining
seasonings and sauté an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from
heat and enjoy!!
