8oz to 16oz of coconut water from a young thai coconut

1/2 cup coconut meat also from a young thai coconut

1 tsp Raw Almond Butter Creamy All Natural – 16 oz.

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, Certified Organic, 4-Ounce Glass Bottle

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1-2 medjool dates (optional)
