Today’s recipe is for chocolate lovers so if you’ve been looking for a healthier way to indulge then I’m going to show you how to do so without the guilt. Inside of today’s video I’m showing you how to make a really quick and easy chocolate chia seed pudding using only 6 ingredients. The really cool thing about this recipe is that you could literally have it for breakfast or enjoy it in between meals as a snack. Plus did I mention that its loaded with lots of good stuff. If you have never used chia seeds before they are high in vitamins and minerals, high in protein, high in antioxidants, high in fiber and packed with protein and really easy to enjoy and to get the chocolate flavor we are using cacao and if you are unfamiliar with cacao it is a superfood that is loaded with a variety of phytonutrients.

CHOCOLATE CHIA SEED PUDDING RECIPE

1/2 cup of Nutiva Organic Chia Seed, Black, 32 Ounce

3 cups almond milk Almond Breeze – Unsweetened Original – 32 oz

7-8 medjool dates

1/2 cup cacao Cacao Powder Raw Organic, 1lb

Pinch of sea salt

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Kitchen Equipment Used

Blender - Vitamix 5200 Blender

Large Bowl
Spoon and/or Stainless Steel Whisk

Blend everything inside of the blender except for the chia seeds. Add chia seeds to a bowl and add blended mixture to a bowl and stir to remove any clumps an to make sure that pudding is smooth. Let pudding sit for 30 minutes and stir again to remove any clumping. Cover and let pudding set in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Best to do overnight. Enjoy!!!

CREAMY TAHINI SALAD DRESSING RECIPE

1/2 cup of Ziyad Tahini Sesame Sauce, 16 Ounce

Fresh Water

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp sea salt

juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup olive oil

Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and using a whisk or a spoon mix until dressing is smooth.

SESAME VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING RECIPE

1/2 cup  Organic Unrefined Toasted Sesame Oil (8 Oz)

1/4 cup Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 cup Nama Shoyu Sauce(can also Coconut Aminos or Braggs Liquid Aminos)

2 tbsp Raw Coconut Nectar Low Glycemic Sweetener (or sweetener of choice)

Combine all of ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. ENJOY!!!

RAW VEGAN CHERRY CHEESECAKE RECIPE

Crust

1 cup raw pecans

1 cup medjool dates

1/4 cup dried cherries

1/4 cup Organic Shredded Coconut

Process inside of food processor until it sticks together. Then press thin layer onto a spring form pan.

Raw Vegan Cherry Cheesecake Filling

3 cups Raw Organic Cashews

1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil – Unrefined Cold Pressed Coconut Oil

1/2 cup Raw Coconut Nectar Low Glycemic Sweetener or sweetener of choice

1 cup sweet cherries

Blend all of the ingredients inside of the blender except the cherries until smooth. Pour half of the mixture inside of the spring form pan on top of the crust. Next place the cherries inside of the cake then add the remainder of the filling to cover the cherries.

Cherry Jam

1/2 cup sweet cherries

2-3 medjool dates

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT USED

Blender - Vitamix 5200 Blender

Food Processor – Cuisinart 11-Cup Food Processor

Pie Pan - Springform Pan 9 Inch

Citrus Press – Lemon Squeezer

Blend cherry jam ingredients inside of a high speed blender until smooth and then top cheesecake with the cherry jam and create swirls as seen inside of this video.
