So if you have been avoiding eating brussels sprouts because you think that they taste mushy then you have to give this technique a try as I know that you will love it!!

I’ve literally turned non brussels sprout eaters into believers and of course there are also so many health benefits to eating more greens daily

Brussels Sprouts Recipe

1 to 2 pounds of brussel sprouts (shaved or sliced in half)
4 tablespoons olive olive oil
1 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1 teaspoons red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Using a food processor with slicer attachment, insert brussels
sprouts into. Next warm olive oil in a large pan for
approximately 2-3 minutes. Once oil is heated add shaved
brussels sprouts to pan and sauté for approximately 5 to 7

I remember my first trip to the health food store like it was yesterday. When I first entered the store there was a noticeable difference in the quality of the fresh produce, the customer service and of course the prices. The prices were slightly higher but I snagged the things that I needed as I was on a mission to heal myself naturally and the conventional grocery store didn’t have what I needed. This was back in 2005. Since then I’ve learned a few secrets for getting the grocery bill lower. I mean who really doesn’t want to save on food?

Since I started doing this work one of the biggest questions that I’ve gotten from clients and during my cooking classes is HOW DO I EAT HEALTHY ON A BUDGET? Well inside of today’s video I finally decided to answer that question by sharing with you 5 of my top tips for keeping it healthy while watching the bottom line.
